This was a public free toilet. It told you when it was vacant, you touched to open the door, you pressed to lock and unlock the door, pressed to get toilet paper, and the sink had SOAK, WASH AND DRY, and the door wouldn’t open until you washed your hands. As you walked in, it greeted you in a man’s voice. There was a 10-minute time limit and alarm would go off at the nine minute mark before the door would automatically open. SHEESH!

At the top of the gondola ride, we watched bungy jumpers.
I saw Lesa asking all sorts of questions and thought she might be jumping — but no.

Lots of driving and lots of scenery.

Stopped for more fruit ice cream at the local market. Stopped for lunch at a salmon hatchery. This is a pic of irrigation and more cows.

Lavender farms. Bought some aroma therapy essential oils. My old camera would have changed from purple to gray at a 10X view. The photo on the left is 10x!!

Mt. Cook. Fabulous scenery. …Even from our hotel room.

Took a walk before dinner.

Lupins still in season.

What a view from our hotel restaurant.
